ARTICLE 2: THE CUSTOMER

The package is delivered to the recipient on presentation of an identity document and against digital signature on the Point Relais® terminal. SHIPPING TIMES

No compensation can be requested apart from those provided for by the Consumer Code.

ARTICLE 15 – IMPREVISION
